Patient Relation Service Officials are required to be updated on hospital administration duties and protocols, as well as the various statutory and regulatory requirements related to healthcare and safety. They assist, support patients and their families by explaining policies, procedures, available services, and patients rights without giving any opinions or assurances on clinical matters. They also coordinate with various departments within the hospital viz front desk, Billing, Housekeeping, HR, Admin to ensure patient satisfaction and wellbeing.

  • The Duty Manager / Assistant Duty manager - Patient Relation Services is the first person the patient contacts when visiting the hospital.
